Keith and his team are amazing. Keith isn't just a salesman. He was on hands and knees making sure the subfloor was perfect. He told me what my best options were, and did so with a less expensive product than I thought I should buy. Since then Keith has handled flooring in my insurance agency, my gym and two of my homes. Hugo’s team finished my floors in 2.5 days. I’m extremely happy with the results. They also ordered and installed new baseboards. This created a consistent look with the master bedroom. They kept a prompt schedule and finished on time. I had to change my original start date and they accommodated my schedule. They cleaned up everyday very nicely. And, they moved VERY heavy Tempur-Pedic bed. I would hire them again.

We were referred by our flooring vender! Out of all the installation companies on the list, DiPorto Pro Floors was who my salesman used himself and loved! He did not steer us wrong! From Hugo, the owner, to the installers themselves we had a wonderful experience! Hugo is very much in attendance by being on site daily but it’s hardly necessary as our two guys were terrific! Professional, clean, good at their jobs and pleasant! And bonus people... Hugo sent cleaners to wipe down walls and clean the entire house! We came home to a beautiful, CLEAN home! I’ve known Hugo for 2 years and has done so much work for our company. He is exceptional with work ethics and they do a Fantastic job!!

They originally installed my floors years ago. That work was pretty good, although some spots had to be redone. I have called them since for some maintenance work (yes, as in we were going to pay them), and we set up an appointment. They sent a text saying they were going to show up about 1 1/2 hours later. We said ok. It has now been 5 days and no call, no apology, nothing!! Oh, and this isn't the first time. We had asked him for floor filler about 2-3 years ago and we are still waiting for that delivery. I'm done. There's only so many chances you can give someone. I welcome anyone to call me and visit my house. I've worked retail customer service and the corporate world for over 19 years, and this type of treatment is not acceptable. Please do not hire them.
